Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

Orders are processed with care and prepared for dispatch within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before our daily cut-off time (1PM GMT) are dispatched the same day wherever possible. Once your order has been packed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your dispatch details.

Discreet Packaging Guarantee

We respect your privacy. All orders from The Hemp Engine are packed and shipped in plain, unbranded, unlabeled external packaging with no mention of CBD or hemp on the outside of the parcel.

Delivery Locations

We provide tracked delivery services to addresses across the United Kingdom. Due to international legal variations surrounding hemp products, we do not ship outside of the UK at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times & Options

Your estimated delivery timeframe is calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48). While our courier partners maintain exceptional service standards, please note that delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on order weight, total order value, and selected service tier. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will automatically apply at checkout prior to payment.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are dispatched via fully tracked services. Once your parcel has entered the courier network, a tracking reference link will be emailed to you so you can follow your shipment's progress in real-time.

Age Verification Upon Delivery

To comply with UK regulations, CBD products are strictly for sale to adults aged 18 and over. Couriers may request valid photo ID upon delivery if the recipient appears under 25 years of age.

Address Accuracy & Missing Deliveries

Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. The Hemp Engine cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information provided at purchase. If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team immediately with clear photographs of the package.
